Industrial piping: industrial tubes, pipes, elbows, and fittings for fluid transfer
Our partner designs and manufactures bespoke pipes from modified polyethylene. This is an eco-friendly alternative to flexible pipes with an internal PTFE lining, used for fluid transfer in the food and drink industry (e.g., beverage bottling), or the pharmaceutical or chemical industries.
Leak detection is easier on thick, one-piece PE-UHMW pipes than on PTFE-lined hoses.
He has developed expertise that allows him to bend these tubes and machine the ends to form flanges or other fittings according to your requirements. Several bends are possible on the same tube, including at different levels.
Generally, the tubes are available in nominal diameters ranging from 6 to 50 mm, but please do not hesitate to let us know of your requirements if they differ.
The burst pressure of our PE-UHMW pipes is high, even at elevated temperatures. These have good chemical resistance to almost all fluids.
Our partner is also able to deliver fittings with the tubes.
