Introduction to GTS

Based in Germany, GTS GmbH has been machining thermoplastic and fluoropolymer parts for over 30 years. Its expertise is particularly recognised in the manufacture of custom PTFE or PTFE-based parts.

Its strength: GTS has full control over its manufacturing process, particularly because it is able to produce materials from PTFE powders. The PTFE powders are used either pure (virgin) or mixed with additives (carbon, fibreglass, bronze, graphite, molybdenum, polymers, etc.). The resulting mixtures are cold-pressed in moulds. A specific baking cycle will turn them into blanks ready for machining.

GTS has ultra-modern equipment for every manufacturing stage, including multi-axis CNC machine tools up to 1400 mm in diameter and state-of-the-art laboratory equipment for material and dimensional control.
A provider of solutions, it is particularly present in the agri-food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, laboratory techniques, photometry, and mechanical engineering (industrial machine construction, for example).
