ENSURE A FAST AND SECURE CONNECTION through an «all or nothing» state (no intermediate state). The auditory «click» informs you if the connection was successful. The springs are tested at 100% during the assembly process.
Ensure the fluid passes without leaking (QUICK CONNECTORS ARE 100% LEAK TESTED% during the assembly process)
Ensure COMPLETE TRACEABILITY from raw materials to the finished product.
All quick-release couplings are etched during the assembly process
Improve the quality of connections (rubber tube with collars)
Make maintenance easier No tools to disconnect the fitting
Improve assembly ergonomics on the line Reduction of insertion efforts
Help to meet environmental standards (weight gain, permeation…)
Increase productivity (Reduction in assembly time)
Integration of functions (valves, regulator, sensor...) Weight gain

Why use 2 joints?
A Quick Connector for liquid fuel is a safety component (risk of fire and explosion in case of leakage). A second seal is necessary for increased safety.
- A simple FPM (fluorocarbon) seal cannot seal at -40°C. At low temperatures, the FPM seal loses flexibility and does not fully perform its sealing function.
A FVMQ (fluoro-silicone) joint with good flexibility at low temperatures is therefore necessary to keep the junction sealed.
The combination of an FPM seal and an FVMQ seal is the ONLY WAY to ensure LOW TEMPERATURE SEALING and thus comply with SAE J2044.
