Cable and pipe assembly

ARaymond offers fastening solutions for different types of tubes or cables that will bring you greater flexibility and process gains in production. ARaymond offers a wide variety of fastener geometries (round, oval, square, oblong) and configurations (blind hole, panel edge, screw-on) to adapt to tube and cable diameters and panel thickness.

Straps

To meet all fastening requirements, we offer a comprehensive range of straps available in a wide variety of geometries and diameters. These technical solutions can incorporate the functionalities of pivoting components for multi-directional mounting with removable and/or double straps for multiple harness fixings.

Panel fixings

A. Raymond fixing solutions are quick to assemble, generating greater flexibility and process savings on production lines. Metal panel clips or plastic rivets, for example, reduce the number of parts used while simplifying assembly. Panel and trim assembly clips are invisible after fitting. These solutions require no screws or tools.

To fix two panels, most manufacturers resort to complex and expensive operations using screws, glue and welding. A.RAYMOND has developed an innovative solution with the same functionality and easier assembly: the U-shaped or double-clawed panel edge clipping clip. It inserts quickly and easily onto metal, plastic or wooden panels. The integrated retaining claws guarantee a reliable and vibration-free assembly.

Panel and trim fasteners

To fix two panels, most manufacturers resort to complex and costly operations using screws, glue and welding. This is why A.RAYMOND has developed an innovative solution with the same functionality and ease of assembly: the panel and trim fastener clip. The clips are easily positioned in the panel's housing. Assembly requires no tools and takes only a few seconds. Once the panels are assembled, the fixing is hidden to achieve a high-quality aesthetic finish. Simple and fast, this versatile and removable solution reduces overall productivity costs.

Trim fixing

The trim fixings can be fitted without tools. The components are attached to a pre-installed base or moulded into the trim, which eliminates a number of blind or limited-access fixing situations.

Plasti-rivets and fir tree press studs

A.RAYMOND offers several families of snap-fit and manually pressed plastic rivets that require no tools. They offer the following advantages: quick assembly by pressing, removable by pulling out the pin, and reusable with good pull-out resistance.

Panel edge nuts

A.RAYMOND's range of panel edge nuts is compatible with most assembly environments and is highly reliable due to the use of spring steel. The panel edge nuts can be adapted to most panel orientations, sizes and thicknesses. Our parts are of metric design and ST standard. For better protection against corrosion, 2 types of surface treatments are offered: lamellar or electrolytic protection.

Panel edge nuts

Panel edge nuts are a faster and more economical alternative to metal screws or rivets. They are easy to assemble onto panel edges or sheet metal, require no special tools, and can be used instead of rivet nuts and weld nuts. This nut concept ensures excellent screw mounting positioning for production line assembly.

Plastic press nuts

Fixings for studs

Snap-fit stud fasteners are an easy way to hold screws or bolts in place before the nut is positioned and tightened. The ARaymond Fasteners catalogue covers plain studs, metric studs, weld studs, and groove or shaft studs. Ideal for trim mounting, snap-fit stud retainers offer tool-free fitting, saving time. They are also very compact when space is limited.

Axle retaining clips

Fastener fixing using an axle retaining clip is a simple and quick technique for holding axles, screws or bolts in place. The A.RAYMOND range of axle retaining clips handles applications for smooth rods, screws and studs or weld studs.

Applications: - Allows for axial translational stopping on any grooved shaft. - Assembly is performed radially by simple push-fit. - Application for plastic or metal rods. - Adjusts the positioning of the shaft stop. - Used as a stop on smooth rods.

Anti-creep metal ring

Anti-creep metal rings

We offer a wide range of anti-creep rings for different panel thicknesses. The anti-creep rings transmit the clamping torque of the screw and prevent material creep.

Earth clamps

These clips provide conductivity between a metal dashboard or stud and a ground wire with a terminal connector. The panel edge clips have high pull-out resistance and a reliable connection even when metal panels are painted or undergo other surface treatments. They are easy to mount onto panel edges, either manually or with a mallet.
