ManoyDetect® Enhanced Material

The detection additive can be combined with all elastomer or synthetic sealing elements, as well as composite materials (elastomer + synthetic or metal).

Very small detectable matter particles

Mechanical, chemical and/or thermal reactions during production carry a risk of particle migration from the gasket material.

To prevent resulting food contamination, "sensitive" seals should be produced in the ManoyDetect® version.

Standard detectors can detect ManoyDetect® material particles from lengths of approximately 2 mm. Ultimately, the results depend on the sensitivity of the detectors and the operating conditions.

Depending on the support materials used, the ManoyDetect® range meets the requirements of FDA, 3A Sanitary Standard, or EU 1935/2004 standards.
