Pelton turbine injector

Pelton turbines are subject to high water heads. This presents a challenge for sealing. The turbine's power is regulated by the movement of the spear allowing modulation from full power to half load.

The MANOY® WP sealing system protects the injector during linear movements by stopping water and impurities.

Type 466 and 486 profiles for internal waterproofing and type 461 and 481 profiles for external waterproofing were developed for this very specific application.
