MANOY® Piston Seal

MANOY® seals are suitable for pistons that are not cleaned automatically. They are designed to be completely dismantled and cleaned by hand (WOP – Washing Out of Place). From the design stage, the grooves and, in particular, the groove bottom diameters must comply with hygiene standards. Assembly in open grooves is preferred to facilitate dismantling.
The seals for profiles 540, 542 and 543 use the same groove dimensions and are interchangeable. They can be adapted to existing housing dimensions. Special profiles can also be developed for particular cases.
